Our laboratory studies the regulation of B cell immune responses, particularly in the controlling of germinal centre (GC) reactions where high affinity B cells are generated and selected to become effector antibody-secreting cells. Our interests include studying the signalling pathways involved in GC signalling and the abnormalities found in various B-cell related deficiencies, autoimmunities and lymphomas.
My work currently looks at the signalling in GC B cell biology.
